Magdalene "Maggie" Degenhart

She was born on January 12, 1935 in Iliff, CO to Joseph and Mary Gertner, the fifth of ten children. Maggie was actively involved in St. Mary Catholic Church, and sang with the choir for 44 years. She was the beloved wife of Ray Degenhart. They celebrated their 65th anniversary this past January. She was a loving mother to four children, proud grandmother to seven grandchildren, and adoring great-grandmother to her nine great-grandchildren.

Maggie will always be remembered for her servant's heart. She was a true example of faith, patience, grace, compassion, and most of all love.
