She graduated from Otis High School in the class of 1944. She attended a secretarial school in Denver in preparation for her job at Abstract Company in Denver.
Margaret married Edward Eisenman at St Joseph’s Catholic Church on June 7, 1945, in Akron, Colorado. From 1945 to 1948 they lived in Marty, South Dakota. Ed and Margaret had their first 2 daughters in South Dakota. Later in 1948, they moved to Greeley, Colorado, where Margaret completed her family with the birth of 7 additional children. She lived in Greeley until her passing.
While raising her family, Margaret excelled in her homemaking, cooking and organizational skills. She enjoyed traveling with Ed, taking trips to Italy, Germany, and Hawaii. Margaret and Ed were founding members of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greeley where she actively participated in the Altar and Rosary Society and other church activities for many years.
She is survived by 3 brothers, Gilbert (Mary) Kuntz, Leonard Kuntz and Kenneth (Bonnie) Kuntz. In addition, survived by 9 children, Pat Eisenman, Utah; Nancy Eisenman, Texas; Tom Eisenman (Becky), Texas; Mary Shoemaker, Montana.
Joan Hellerich-Anderson (Frosty), Colorado; Theresa Bohman (Larry), Alabama; John Eisenman (Julie), Texas; Susan Nelson (Russ), Colorado and Judy Bond (Mike), Colorado. Margaret was blessed with 24 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren.
Margaret was proceeded in death by her husband, Ed, who passed 37 years ago; a brother, Ed Kuntz, her sister, Trudy Hause and 2 grandchildren, Andrew (Drew) Eisenman and Alissa Johnston.
