Marietta Miller

Marietta Miller, 76, of Fort Collins, died August 24, 2010 at her home. She was born May 6, 1934 in Greeley, Colorado to John and Rachel (Geisick) Berens. She attended Bracewell School. On July 17, 1955 she married Wilbur “Sonny” Miller in Windsor.

She was a member of Faith United Church of Windsor. Family was very important to her, and Marietta was generous with her time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed flower gardening.

Marietta is survived by her daughters Marilyn and Richard Schroeder of Kimball, Nebraska and Gina and Mike Hergenreder of Fort Collins, son Jim and Bettie Miller of Fort Collins, grandchildren Henry “James” Miller of Fort Collins, Benjamin Miller of Fort Collins, Ashley Hergenreder of Severance, Lindsey and Seth McEvoy of Fort Collins and great-grandson Kyson of Fort Collins, sisters Janice and Randy Tyler and Jeanette and David Clark, brothers Harold and Nancy Berens and Arthur and Reta Berens all of Washington State. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one grandson and two brothers Donald Berens and Eugene Berens.

Private family service will be held.
