Mark Wilkin, 59 of Milliken, left this earth on October 7, 2016 in Denver, CO, after a long battle with Leukemia. Mark was born October 22, 1956 in Steubenville, OH to James and Dorothy (Schultz) Wilkin.
Mark was a wonderful man, brother, son, husband, uncle, and most of all father and Papa. He worked hard to support his family. Mark worked for RR Donnelley for 33 years and loved his job. He had to make a career change after Donnelley closed its Greeley plant and went to work for Leprino for 3 years before becoming too ill to work.
Mark, a very generous and giving man, made many friends throughout his lifetime. He enjoyed camping, riding motorcycles, movies and playing with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Robin, of 35 years; children Matt (Jessica) and Wendi; grandchildren Alex, Dexter and Violet; sisters, Virginia and Debbie; brother Keith; as well as many nieces and nephews that he loved very much.
He is preceded in death by his mother Dorothy; in-laws Carmen and Jim; and daughter Amanda.
There are many friends and family that supported him through his illness and you know who you are. Thank you all for being there to show encouragement and giving him things to look forward to. Our love to you all.
A celebration of Mark’s life will be held from 1-4:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at The Creek View Apartments Clubhouse, 8200 W. 20th Street, Building M. Go west on 22nd Street off of 83rd Ave. Located on the north side of 22nd St.
