Mary and I shared a special bond as cousins. She was older than me and I thought very clever and wise  as at the age of ten I would sit in Uncle George,s shop in Bedford  and talk for hours.
She was a very kind and gentle person and I grew very attached to her until she married and went off to her new life in the States with Paul.
I last saw her in 1997 when my husband and I visited with her and the family in Fort Collins..I always said I wanted to return but as life goes I didn,t have the chance to meet with her again although we kept in touch with e-mails and shared photos.
I loved Mary, and to Paul and all the family I send my condolences and love. and all good wishes..
