Nancy Marie Chappell-Tobin, 61, of Loveland passed away on November 7, 2014. Nancy was born on December 16, 1952 to Charles and Mary (Lambirth) Chappell in Neligh, NE. She moved to Pasadena, CA after graduating from Loveland High School. She moved back to Loveland into the Big Thompson Canyon in 1976, and lived there for 14 years. She attended Pasadena City College and Front Range Community College. Nancy married Brian Wilson Tobin in 1974.
Nancy was a beloved homemaker, avid reader and naturalist. She studied religion extensively and loved birds. She loved painting.
Nancy is survived by her son, Nickolas Tobin; grandchildren Joshua and Benjamin Tobin; sister’s Elizabeth Chappell-Moffett and Claire Martin; and nieces Sarah Martin and Megan Moffett.
A viewing will be held from 8:00am to 9:45am Thursday, November 13, 2014 followed by the Funeral Service at 10:00am at Allnutt Funeral Service. Interment at Loveland Park.
