Nicholas grew up and attended schools in Windsor, Colorado as well as Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church. As a young child living in Windsor, Nicholas enjoyed listening to music, riding his bike outside, and hanging out with his cousins. He spent many summers with his grandparents in Wisconsin, and loved having sleepovers with his Grandma Maria and Grandpa Felix.
As an adult, Nicholas moved to California to start a new chapter in his life. While in California, Nicholas worked at Wavelengths Recovery Center in Huntington Beach for seven years as an Operations Supervisor. He was a beloved mentor who helped many individuals achieve sobriety, and continues to be respected by his California family and co-workers. To further his career and in an effort to help others, Nicholas completed his GED and many certifications for counseling of sobriety, recovery, and intervention. Nicholas was incredibly proud of his job with Wavelengths, and revered his coworkers as family, and a home away from home.
