

Gene was born November 2, 1955 to Harvey Fields and Wilma Fields in Lancaster, California. He spent most of his childhood in Lancaster, graduating from Antelope Valley High School. He moved to Denver in 1974.
Gene was a successful entrepreneur. He dedicated the majority of his career helping to build, grow, and operate Alternative Revenue Systems, a collection agency. During his retirement, Gene pursued his passion of acquiring and investing in real estate. In his spare time, Gene enjoyed golfing, candle-making, and collecting Hummels. Gene was a dog-lover and was known to be quite the conversationalist.
Survivors include his three daughters, Virginia (Kevin) Judisch of Eaton, Megan Fields of Englewood, and Ashley Juvonen of Brooklyn, New York; mother, Wilma Fields of Aurora; three brothers, George Fields of Aurora, Daniel (Mary) Fields of Longwood, Florida, and Ryan (Lauren) Fields of Dublin, Ohio; sister, Monica (TJ) Kagey of Pickerington, Ohio; one beloved grandson, Oliver Judisch; and one honorary family member, Bruiser (dog).
He was preceded in death by his father, Harvey Fields and his brother, Darren Fields.
Memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Mile Hi Church in Lakewood.
