To Curly and Marion, You have been an incredible inspiration to Gina and I on what our marriage vows really mean. You were truly devoted to each other and to your friends. I am proud to have known you and counted you both as my friends. The kids at Gib's Bagels will always remember you both and your love for each other. Thank you for your fine example. To the Steade family -
I worked in Girl Scouts with Marian. We were troop leaders (different troops) at the same time. I always enjoyed seeing her at trainings, etc. I attended her funeral and learned about the special spirit she maintained throughout her illness and the loving care by your father. I did not know your father but his obituary indicated what kind of a person he was. I extend my sympathy to you on the loss of two wonderful parents in such a short time.

We became acquainted with your Dad and Mom over four years ago at Gib's Bagels. We admired them both for the obvious love and devotion they had for each other.
Your Dad had so many friend's, he was always in a good mood and spoke to everyone by name.
We will miss him, we need more like him in our world today.

We plan to meet you, Marion and our Savior when we arrive on heaven's shore.

I am so very sorry to hear about your loss.  Curly was a wonderful human being. I remember everytime I'd see him at the Humane Society he would always have a smile on his face a kind word for everyone. He was always so kind to the animals and you knew that he loved what he was doing.    He will be greatly missed.
