Robert served in the Army from 1951-1954. He retired from General Electric after 40 years of service and retired to Greensville, S.C. Robert then enjoyed his last 7 years in Windsor, CO.
He leaves behind two sons; Kirk (Diane) Hornbeck of Windsor, Co and Eric (Beth) Hornbeck from Michigan, granddaughter; Marianne Hornbeck.
Preceded in death wife; Marianne (Klein) Hornbeck.
