It was so nice to see B a few weeks ago, under them sad conditions.  So good to see him smiling and spending time with Nick. And being back with his family in Chicago. Our deepest sympathies to B's family. They deserve all of our love and support. *** I have known B since he was about 3. We lived on the same block all through grade and high school. B was a helluva guy in many respects. He was a Boy Scout (we were in the same troop, #1700), excellent in sports, had one of the sweetest hot-rod Pontiacs in the 'hood, and later as an adult studied the exotic kung fu style, ""Kenpo"". He was adept at firearms handling and hunting. I believe he shot a .300 Winchester Mag rifle, which is a MAN'S gun. I also recall that he was a bit of a ""Parrot head"" (Mary can explain). He was always one of the ""last men standing"" at get-togethers, and that is the way I will prefer to remember him, even as he has left us way too soon. His two beautiful children will carry on and prosper from the life lessons their dad has conferred on them. Those who are able should all extend any assistance they can to his wonderful surviving wife Mary, whose friendship I have also shared for many, many years. B's brothers in the Midwest and sister in the Pacific Northwest will now be by unfortunate circumstance closer than ever. I think that B would want that. *** So, 'adios amigo', and look over us when you can. We know you've got our back.  Peace.

I'm thinking of you all.  Mary we had many fun times together. Swim meets to Halloween parties.  Trips to Central City.  Memories will never be forgotten.

Uncle ""B' took me fishing in minnesota on Cass lake. On all of my trips to Colorado,he would go skiing in the wintertime,or we would chill out on Trail RIDGE in the summer!!!!!!!!!I think that was my favorite trip out to Colorado"""" HE WAS AGREAT UNCLE!

I always knew we could call on you  guys if we needed something & likewise.Nick probably remembers the time I got a flat tire on  our road & called B since Ken was working in Boulder.
