Ronald Lee Schneider

Ronald (Ron) Schneider passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, in Greeley, CO. Ron was a devoted family man, and follower of Jesus Christ throughout his life. He and Sandie, his wife of 60 years, started their life together in Loveland, CO in 1963 when Ron began his 35-year career at Hewlett Packard. Along the way, they had two sons, Steve and Barry, who were the focal point of their lives.

Ron was an avid runner and hiker for much of his life, and if calculations are correct, ran the equivalent of two trips around the earth. He was also a fan of 50’s music and cars, and the sounds of Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, and Ricky Nelson could often be heard in the Schneider household.

He is survived by his sons Steve (Jessica) and Barry (Kristen) Schneider; grandchildren, Zane Schneider, Audrey (Jake) Clark, Reid Schneider, and Erin Schneider. He was preceded in death by his wife Sandra (Sandie) Schneider; parents Carl and Kathryn Schneider; and two brothers, Gilbert and Gordon. Ron never wanted to be the center of attention, so his service will be private for immediate family members only.
