

She was born April 12, 1946, in Greeley, Colorado, to Conrad and Lucille (Rayburn) Bauer. Rosemary graduated from Weld Central High School in 1963 as a member of the school’s first graduating class and later attended Aims College. On July 21, 1968, she married Charles Vernon Bond in Greeley, Colorado.
Rosemary made her home in Keenesburg, Colorado, beginning in 1971, where she built a life centered on family, faith, and community. She was a devoted and active member of the First Congregational Church in Greeley.
She had a deep love for horses and enjoyed showing them as a member of the Standard Quarter Horse Association (SQHA). Rosemary treasured time spent with her family and enjoyed classic western movies, especially those starring John Wayne. Her interests also included reading, ceramics, Disney cruises, and many memorable meals at the Pepper Pod Restaurant.
Rosemary was known for capturing family memories through photographs, making sure everyone posed for pictures and carefully preserving countless photo albums over the years. She also had a special gift for sending cards, always thoughtful, perfectly chosen, and never missed, bringing joy to family and friends on every occasion.
She is survived by her son, Marty L. Bond and his wife, Aimee, of Roggen, Colorado; her daughter, Susan Bond of Keenesburg, Colorado; and her grandson, Brandon L. Bond.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; Charles Vernon Bond, her siblings; and her son, Wayne Bond.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on January 28, 2026, at Allnutt Macy Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on January 29, 2026, at the First Congregational Church in Greeley. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
