October 19, 1962October 28, 2019

Roxann Rothe, 57, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2019 quietly in the love and comfort of her home. She was born in Gander, Newfoundland on October 19, 1962 to Anita Maidment and Hollis Budgell. Roxann was best known for her kind and loving spirit. She was exceptionally fond and proud of her children as well as her role of “Nana” to her grandchildren. She couldn’t go anywhere without making sure that everyone knew about her home, her life with Kevin and her family. Many of her prideful moments include memories of her homelands Canada and Newfoundland. She will be greatly missed by her loving spouse, Kevin, family and friends in Colorado and Canada/Newfoundland. Roxann is survived by her loving husband of 11 years Kevin of Galeton, Colorado; daughter, Nikki of Leduc, Alberta, Canada; son, Christopher of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; parents, Hollis (Linda) Budgell of Stony Plain, Alberta, Canada, and Anita Maidment of Leduc, Alberta, Canada; brothers, Howard of Leduc, Alberta, Canada, Derrick (Jackie) of Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, Todd (Lorna) of Appleton, Newfoundland, Canada; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Madison, Hailie, Elizabeth, Presley Jo, Evan, and Tanner. Thank you for inviting me into your home and allowing me take care of Roxann in the last months of her life. She was a sweet, caring soul and she had a smile that could light up a room. I will never forget her. My thoughts are with you during this amazingly difficult time.

With much love,
