He could cook the perfect pink-rare Ribeye that had everyone’s mouth watering. Roy was outgoing and always making friends with anyone he met. Roy was a very hard-working man, and a devout Baptist. He was a member of the Country Gospel Cowboy Church.
Roy is survived in life by his wife, Debra Baker, brothers; Buddy Baker, and Wayne Boykin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Roy is preceded in death by his parents, George and Opal Baker; sisters; Charlotte Cooke, and Susan Graves.
