I am so sorry to the family, Ruth was a wonderful and warm woman, who always treated me as a part of the family, even once I had a new faimily. Sorry I couldn't make it to the services. Love always Dawn

I attended grade school at Briggsdale with Paulette and Marsha and I can remember visiting the Weitzel farm on more than one occasion.  I always felt welcome.  Back during those childhood years I can remember their home seeming HUGE to me.  I can remember Grandpa and Grandma Weitzel also; a family situtation kind of like the Waltons on TV, right?  The last time I remember seeing Ruth was in September 1984 on the day of my Dad's farm sale north of Briggsdale.  Although I had not seen her for about ten years, Ruth was as friendly as always.  She was busy helping the other church ladies serve food to the hundreds of people who were there that day.
My thoughts and prayers go out to your family, with special greetings to Paulette and Marsha.
