Shari was born and raised in Wheatridge, CO. Growing up, Shari was surrounded by many animals, friends, and family. She was a member of the Westernaires Horseback Riding Club, enjoyed music, and sang in the choir. Shari graduated from Wheatridge High School in 1977. She attended Warren Tech and graduated with a degree in Computer Science. Shari then went on and attended Red Rocks Community College to be an Accountant. After graduation, she married Warren Speer of Greeley and they later divorced. Shari was employed by Banner Health for 28 years starting in the IT department. Shari enjoyed her friends, traveling, and cruising.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Thelma Works, and her parents, James and Beverly Harris. Shari leaves behind three fur babies, Tux, Tory, and TC (they have been blessed with the best home thanks to the Silvernale family) and her best friends Melanie and Cynthia.
Services are at Stoddard Funeral Home on March 28, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. with an interment service following at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
