

Stephen L. Frawley of Fort Collins, CO passed away on October 17, 2016. Stephen was a resident of Fort Collins since 1969. He graduated from Poudre High School and Colorado State University. He was a Comptroller for Apogee Robotic, an automated machine manufacturer. On the side he would help friends with their computer technical issues. For the majority of his professional life he was a self-employed tax accountant. Stephen was a friendly, loved the outdoors, and had great soul for music. He owned a closet full of 8-track tapes, amounting near the thousands. He enjoyed all types of music and frequented Red Rocks for concerts because he always got a front row handicapped seat. Stephen is survived by his three siblings; Brothers Scott (Sharon) Frawley and Paul (Vivian) Frawley and Sister Tammy (Richard) Portugal. A Celebration of Stephen’s Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Allnutt Funeral Service – Drake Chapel, 650 W. Drake Rd., Fort Collins, CO, 80526. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to go toward the continuing preservation efforts for the Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
