Tate,  I don't know how I can put into words what a great friend you were.  We had lost touch over the years but whenever we talked it was just like old times.  You were truly a great friend who expected nothing of you but friendship in return.  I am fortunate to have had you in my life and what a great honor it was to have my kids get to know one of my true great friends this summer.  We will miss you and always cherish you in our hearts and minds forever.

Simply a great man, hard worker. If and if I could  tell stories of when you had that long blonde hair and all the contractors would call to ask me whom the sexy new blonde girl I had working for me was. And their disappointment when I would say it was you Tate. 
It's hard to hear the news about you. But you were an amazing guy/friend.  God obviously needed you for some odd reason. But cheers Tate you were loved by many.

I don't know how to even put into words how much we will miss you.  You are so loved. It is so hard to describe what you meant to us.  You were an amazing friend and so much a part of our family.  
Remember turtle hunting in Ghana. Drinking the local beer until midnight, the four of us having heard that it was breeding time for the turtles.  The locals laughed at us, told us we were tourists.  But we were determined to go to the beach and catch some turtles running in from the ocean.   We laughed a lot.  You climbed the lifeguard tower and we laughed even more.  We never did see turtles that night.
