Tieler was born to Crystal Jones on August 29th, 2002 in Greeley, Colorado with a wrench in one hand and a screwdriver in the other. From the time he was a toddler, Tieler was building things or taking them apart. He spent many hours as a youth in either Grandpa Jim’s or Grandpa Jimmy’s garages working on various projects. This love of mechanics carried into his adult life, working at Ready Mix Concrete as a mechanic. His yard at home could be described as a “project graveyard” His house could be described the same way. He thought it would be a good idea to replace the siding on his home while he built a new bathroom for his girls. He was so full of creative ideas, he couldn’t stick to one thing at a time. He truly was a beautiful mind.
He also had a beautiful soul. Tieler had a deep love for his critters. In his yard was a cow named Kyle and his beloved dog Bella. He and his wife Alyssa adopted two other dogs, Mogley and Ruby as well as a couple of kitties. If there was a stray needing a home, they ended up at the Jones home.
As much as he loved his pets and projects, they were no rival for his love of family. Coming home to his wife and daughter was the joy of his life. His home was filled with love.
Tieler was a one of a kind man. He brought peace and comfort to those who surrounded him. He was so full of life and was always looking for new adventures. When he wasn’t rebuilding one of his 20 project cars, he’d be out riding his dirt bike, rolling coal in his diesel, shooting his guns or just creating something outta nothing.
Tieler was preceded in death by his Grandpa Jim Richardson.
He is survived by his wife Alyssa, daughter Harley, parents Jimmy and Crystal Richardson, sisters Hailey and Sydnee, grandparents Debbie Richardson, Jimmy and Carol Jones, Pam and Tim Williams as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. His friends were many and will miss him deeply.
This void will never be filled but Tieler would want us to all to remember him joyfully. The service will be held at Allnutt Funeral Home at 6521 West 20th Street, Greeley CO on March 23, 2024 at 11am. A light lunch will be served immediately following the memorial.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Harley Jones College Fund in care of Jimmy Jones.
