Vidal James Flores Jr, 57, of Greeley, passed away unexpectedly at his home on March 27, 2019. He was born in Pueblo, Colorado on May 4, 1961 to Carla (Aragon) and Vidal Flores. The family moved to Greeley in 1965. Jim married Patricia Wiederkehr on August 3, 1991.
Jim loved his family very much, and enjoyed watching his children play baseball and softball. Jim was employed in the automobile business. He was an outstanding athlete at University High School, and also earned his Eagle Scout Award.
Jim is survived by his wife, Patricia Flores; sons VJ and Trey; daughter Kayelee; mother, Carla; sister, Janice; granddaughter, Lilly Caro; sister-in-law, Pamela Wiederkehr; his beloved German Shepard, Miles; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Vidal James Flores.
Recitation of the Rosary will be at 11:00 A.M., followed by a Memorial Service on April 5, 2019 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Greeley. Jim will be inurned at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
