I just found out this news on FB. I am so sorry. Billy was a cute kid; and although I haven't seen him in many years, I hold many memories of him growing up in the 3 years I was close with the Carlsen family. I have him in my memory as a sweet cute blonde-haired skater kid who was so special to his family - Bill, Judy, Caren and Chris. I'm sad for his wife and children and all that knew and loved him. A life lost much too soon. I hope you'll find comfort in knowing he touched many lives in the most positive of ways. My deepest condolences. Thinking of you all. - Laurie (Lees) Tantalo

Our grandparents were very family oriented and they had family photos done on their 50th wedding anniversary. Bill (Little Billy) is the one leaning against the tree holding me, he was my buddy. Then it’s Caren his older sister, Grandpa (Willam Harlow) in the middle, Grandma (Evelyn), Chris his older brother next to her and the little blonde in the middle of our grandparents is my older sister Jill. We’re all the grandkids they had. Bill was named after our grandpa Willam Harlow Carlsen we all called him Little Billy. My older cousin you will be sorely missed and loved every day, you were such an amazing person.
Love You Always,
