William “Bill” Alan Hitchcock passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Sunday, July 27, 2019. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, August 4 at 10:30 a.m. at Allnutt Funeral Home– Macy Chapel, located at 6521 W. 20th Street. Greeley, Colorado. A reception will immediately follow at the Tavern, located at 2918 67th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado.

Bill was born on September 8, 1951 in Burbank California. He was the son of Donna Mae McCulloch and Thomas Frederick Hitchcock. As the son of a Chief Master Sargent in the Air Force, Bill lived in many places as a child including Florida, Missouri, and Ramstein, Germany. His family settled in Colorado when Bill was a teenager where he attended South High School in Denver. The majority of Bill’s career was spent in construction. He retired from Phipps Construction as a project manager. Bill and his first wife, Lyndon had 2 children Andy and Kelly. He then married Lori and was blessed with two more children, Ethan and Katie. Later, he married Amy his wife of 12 years. Bill had many loves including race cars, golf, soccer, the Broncos, hunting, old western movies and spending time with his family. Bill always felt that his greatest legacy was his children and grandchildren. Bill was preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by his wife Amy McLarren; daughter Kelly Seilbach of Windsor, Colorado; his son Mathew “Andy” Hitchcock of Littleton, Colorado; his son Ethan Hitchcock and daughter Katie Pesavento of Centennial, Colorado; his grandchildren Lilly, Chase, Tatum, Emmit, Alex and Izzy and 2 grandbabies on the way Oliver and Victoria. His family and friends will miss his larger than life personality, his unforgettable laugh and big hugs! He will live on in the hearts and souls of all those who were blessed to have known him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 A.M., Sunday, August 4, 2019 at the Allnutt Macy Chapel, 6521 W. 20th Street, Greeley CO 80631.
