Carol, I had just heard about what has happened.  I send my deapest condolences.  I don't know if you remember me, but I sure do remember Bill and yourself.  Bill will be sorely missed.  I know that as I read the articles of his accomplishments in Fort Collins.  I am so sorry.

I grew up in Hoxie, across the street from the Neal family. I always considered him my best friend in grade and high school. We were very fortunate to spend Friday evening with Bill at a reunion.He was a special person and we miss him dearly. God Speed, Bill. Thanks for sharing precious moments with your classmates.

I have many fond memories of Bill who was a childhood classmate in Hoxie, Kansas. I was one of the fortunate ones who got to spend Friday evening listening to his wonderful songs. Bill was truly an asset to humanity.

Bye Cousin Bill.  I called you barnicle Bill one to many times and you pushed me off the boat. You were 5.  I knew then you were a man to be recognized.  God Bless your family and friends.

We were so fortunate to had time with Bill on Friday evening to listen to him sing and play his guitar, share memories and good times.  He was a wonderful member of the Class of 1964.  He will be missed.  His family and friends are in our thoughts and prayers.

Having worked with Bill and known him for over 20 years, it was with great sorrow that I learned he was gone.  I consider it a privilege to have known Bill.  He was a class act and one of the most generous and kind people I have had the pleasure of knowing.  He will be missed greatly, not only in Fort Collins, but through out the region.  My thoughts and prayers go out to the family in this sorrowful time.

Thank you for always being friendly and always willing to pass on your wisdom.  Although our time together has only been a little over two years, your visits to Hibachi meant a lot to us.  Each visit was filled with inspiring words and we were always sure you would pass on your wise business sense.  It has been a pleasure working with you, you have put the word ""honesty and integrity"" back in the nasty world of business.   You will be greatly missed.  God Bless your family.

Thank you to the Greatest Mentor.  I will miss your encouragement, smile, whistling down the hall and breakfast on Tuesday mornings.  I am prepared for the world of Commercial Real Estate thanks to you.  I am thankful for the time we spent together and to witness the beautiful glow and smile on your face in the last 18 months.  It is a glow that showed your grace.  It is a glow that showed with your grandchildren.  Thank you for the legacy you left the Wheeler Commercial family!  We will carry it forward.
