

Wilma Pearl Butler, of Greeley, passed away December 18, 2024 peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the age of 90 years old. She was born on September 22, 1934. Wilma was married to her late husband, Robert Butler on December 23, 1952; they were married 68 years at the time of his passing on July 28, 2021. Wilmas worked at Kodak from 1973 to 1995 where she retired young to enjoy time with her family and friends. Wilma loved to travel on the semi her husband who was a truck driver for Walmart the last 16 years of his career and she always loved to take the scenic route. Wilma also loved to garden once having 25 gardens and 90 roses. She could bring any dead plant back to life with a little bit of love. To know Wilma was to love her and with as many kids, grandkids and great-great grandkids she always found a way to make each one feel special in some way. Wilmas was a devoted wife, mom, grandma and "grandma honey" (coined the nickname by her grandkids).
Wilma is preceded in death by her daughter, Vicky, and grandson, Chad, her parents, Fern and Anton Gudenkauf, sister, Donna, and brother-in-law, Kenny.
She is survived by her daughters, Deb and Sierra (Taylor), son, Robert (Sandy) Dale, son-in-law, Phil, ten grandkids, 27 great grandkids, 12 great-great grandkids, sister, Anna (Clarence), her special friends, Donna, Barbie, Manny plus many more. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends, until we meet again.
