Betty Lou Arnold

Born May 10, 1934 in Lizton, IN, the daughter of William Marvin and Nellie V. (Dearing) Jones and was a graduate of Fillmore High School “Class of 1952”.

Betty had worked at the IBM Credit Union and in the banking industry for several years.

She is survived by her husband, Danny M. Arnold, daughters, Danett (William) Flynn and Diana Corbin; brothers, Eddie Jones and Billy (Sharon) Jones; sisters, Emma Jane (William) Sibbitt, Rosemary Woods, Sharon Kay Hoese, Debra (Pete) Alamo, and Cathy (Terry) Clodfelter; four grandchildren, Christopher William (Erika) Flynn, Nicole Lea Flynn, Danya Lou Fichter, and Darcy Lee Corbin; and a great grandson, Christopher William Flynn Jr.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Dana Lou Arnold.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at the Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Fillmore Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM on Tuesday until time of service.

Memorial contributions may be made in Betty’s memory to the American Cancer Society,Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation or the Fillmore Christian Church.
