
Born July 24, 1967 in Hendricks County, IN, he was the loving son of William H. Strother and Evelyn Jane (Arnold) Strother. He was a graduate of Plainfield High School "Class of 1985." Brad leaves behind two wonderful sons whom he greatly loved, McGwire and Dawson Strother.
After graduating from IUPUI, Mr. Strother served as a long time worldwide vacation consultant for RCI of Indianapolis, and as a passionate entrepreneur of sports memorabilia, mentoring others in the same interest.
Brad fell ill three years ago and passed after an extended illness. He was a member of the Christian Church, a devoted fan of Notre Dame football, and the Cincinnati Reds, and an extraordinary collector of professional baseball memorabilia.
Survivors include two children, McGwire and Dawson; mother, Evelyn Jane (Arnold) Strother of Plainfield; siblings Julie Herrick of Plainfield, Billy & Carol Strother of Newnan, GA; Brian & Linda Strother of Greenwood, Jamie & Charles Sage of Greencastle;, and Rita Jo Wooldridge of Plainfield; and numerous beloved extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and his brother-in-law, Jon, and brother, Richard D. Wooldridge.
As the essence of love and compassion, “Albee” (Bradlee) is already being deeply missed by the hearts he touched.
Memorial Services will be held at 3:30 PM on Sunday at the Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home in Greencatle, IN, with visitation from 3:00-3:30 pm, Dr. Billy Strother officiating.
