Cecil M. Lancaster

Mick was a 1952 graduate of Greencastle High School. He served his State in the Indiana National Guard.

He retired from IBM in 1987 where he was a staff assistant managing projects.

Surviving are his loving wife of 56 years, Geraldine M. “Gerry” Brattain Lancaster; two beloved daughters, Vicki L. Wilson and husband Darrell of Greencastle and Debra K. Ensor of Greencastle; two grandsons, Andrew K. Ensor and fiancée Amanda, and Jacob M. Ensor and fiancée Brittany; great-granddaughter, Layne C. Ensor; and his mother-in-law, Dorothy M. Brattain of Greencastle.

Mick enjoyed bowling, trap shooting, gardening, Nascar Races, and I.U. Basketball; but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandsons.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 27, 2014 from 2 to 6 P.M. at Bittles & Hurt Funeral Home.

Services and interment will be private.
