Charlotte was a 1949 graduate of Greencastle High School. She married Soren James Gram on May 21, 1950.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter Cathy Lowery; a son, Gary Gram (wife-Lyn Gram), a grandson, James Gram, (wife-Lacey Gram); two granddaughters, Kinley and Brooklynn; a brother Herschel Hammond; a sister, Mary Craig; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Elmer Hammond, (wife-Wanda), and Charles, (wife-Josephine); and a sister, Margaret Southwood.
She loved spending time with her family and friends, playing golf and bridge, traveling, gardening and crossword puzzles.
Charlotte and Jim owned and operated Progressive Printing for 50 years. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
An open House Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 30th from 2 p.m. until 4p.m. at the Elks Lodge, 202 South Indiana Street, Greencastle, Indiana.
