Clifford was born in Indianapolis on November 18, 1929, the son of Kenneth and Leola Modlin.
Clifford was a 1947 graduate of Fillmore High School. He was married to the love of his life, Joyce Wood for 71 years. He spent his life farming until he retired. He also worked for three years with Brackneys Feed Service.
Survivors include his daughter, Brenda Reed (husband-Terry), a son Darrel Modlin, three grandchildren, Jennifer Kistler, (husband-Jeff), Rob Bundy, and Jeff Modlin, (wife Michelle), and seven great grandchildren.
To honor Clifford’s wishes, there will be no funeral or graveside services.
