

Fount was born August 1, 1943 in Danville, IN to George and Susie (Lovins) Brock. He served his country in the United States Army in Germany from August 14, 1961 until July 18, 1964.
He married his beloved wife Nancy Cox on December 12, 1986, together they owned, T&N Logging, Brock’s Logging, the Dairy Castle, and the Monon Grill. Tom was a member of the First Baptist Church in Greencastle. He loved fishing, cutting trees, singing, playing music and traveling to Maui. Above all his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Fount Thomas Brock II, Dustin Brock (Courtney), Angela Green (Greg), Becky Van Den Hoven (Sander) Linda Wittle, Amber Delway (Greg), Cory Huff; siblings, Marshall Brock (Barbara), Martha Schram (Gene), Mary Farmer, and Betty Jane Griffin; grandchildren, Fount Samuel Brock, Summer Ward, Kaleigh Brock, Benjamin Brock, and Brady Brock.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Elmer, Frank, Johnny, and Gene Brock, and Pauline Lones.
The Brock family will receive friends from 4p.m. until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21 at Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 22 at the funeral home. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Shumaker Cemetery.
