Garry Lee Coffman

Born December 1, 1948 in Greencastle, he was the son of Rollie and Hazel (Freeman) Coffman.

Garry retired after 27 ½ years from Navistar in Indianapolis. He later worked at Ascena in Greencastle. He was a member of the Moose Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, and six sisters.

Garry is survived by his children, Robert L. (wife, Michele) Coffman and Kristy (husband, Michael) Murrell; brothers, Larry Coffman and Donnie Coffman; sisters, Mary Truesdel and Shirley Williams; grandchildren, Tyler (wife, Kaylee) Coffman, Kaylee (husband, Dillon) Shoemaker, Austen Murrell, and Chelsey Murrell; and great grandchild, Cooper Shoemaker.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
