

Jerry was born in Clinton Falls on July 11, 1940, the son of Ellet and Martha Marie (Harbison) Ensor, and was a 1958 graduate of Bainbridge High School.
Mr. Ensor Proudly served in the United States Navy. He was a member of the First Christian Church. Jerry was a Free Mason for over 50 years and was a member of the Greencastle Masonic Lodge #47, He was a member of VFW #1550, the American Legion #58, and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. Jerry was a Putnam County Reserve Officer for over 30 years, a Republican County Chairman for over 20 years, and a Precinct Committeeman for Clinton Township for many years.
Mr. Ensor partnered with Bob Bruce to form B&E Electric for over 40 years. He continued his career as an electrician for the State of Indiana.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years Sandra Ensor; a son, Gene Ensor, (Carmen); a daughter, Melissa Watson, (Neal); five grandchildren, Andrew Ensor, (Amanda), Cameron Ensor, (Delaney), Jacob Ensor, (Brittney), Grant Ewbank, (Kierstin), and Cody Ensor; eight step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Carolyn Bullerdick and Nancy Butts; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother Larry Ensor; and two sisters, Barbara Hess, and Wanda Bitzer.
A private burial will take place in Clinton Falls Cemetery at a later date. The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
