
Helen was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 25, 1935, the daughter of William Noble and Catherine Matilda (Callagnan) Gorman, and was a graduate of Notre Dame High School in Moylan, Pennsylvania.
Mrs. Noble worked as a Keypunch Operator for Insurance Company of North America in Philadelphia from 1952 to 1956; Aquarium Pharmaceuticals, in Perkasie, Pennsylvania from 1970 to 1976; Fendt Finding Company, Hatfield, Pennsylvania from 1970 to 1989; and as a receptionist, for B & R Fire Extinguisher, in Greencastle. She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, St Paul Ladies Guild, and Happier Homes Extension Club. Helen also served as a Sacristan at St. Paul, and volunteered at Christmas Store for Catholic Charities in Terre Haute.
Survivors include two daughters, Terry Noble, Greencastle, and Mary Jo Lerch, (husband-David), Quakertown, Pennsylvania; a granddaughter, Amanda Marie Lerch; a niece, Regina Oreskovich, (husband-Rudy); and a nephew, Bill Caster, and wife.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 47 years, Joseph Leo Noble; and a sister, Catherine Kester.
A private family mass will be held at a later date with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery.
