Joseph was born on September 10, 1951, the son of Jack and Rosie (Colluccio) Billingsley, and was a graduate of Greencastle High School.
Mr. Billingsley worked as a Lathe Operator for 44 years with Rolls Royce. He enjoyed his job, liked to fish, but above all, he loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Susan F. Billingsley; two daughters, Amber Spires, (husband-Matt), and April Billingsley; a brother, James Patrick Billingsley, (wife-Becky), a sister, Elizabeth Ann Shuler, (Danny); five grandchildren; Kierra Billingsley, Grayson Spires, Charlotte Spires, Brody Spires, and Jaxon Homler; several nieces and nephews, including Jae Billingsley, (Cory), and Lindsey Pulliam.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the Hill in Clinton Falls, 4395 N. County Road 690 W., Greencastle, Indiana 46135.
