Born November 5, 1941 in Beech Grove the daughter of Walter and Mary (Lobb) Timberman.
Judith had been a school bus driver for 40 years, having driven for the Franklin Township, Greencastle, and North Putnam Schools. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Greencastle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son John B. Neel; and sister Joyce Ann Radford.
Judith is survived by her husband of 65 years Bud Neel; daughters Pamela (James) Weber and Lesa Hartman; a sister Linda L. Rabourn; grandchildren Brittney (Andrew) Cooper, Amanda (Alex) Wagner and Jamie (Bruce) Weber; and great grandchildren Adaline, Gracelyn, Jade, Callie, Jimmy, and Madelyn.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 AM on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until time of service on Saturday.
Burial will follow at the Acton Cemetery in Indianapolis on Saturday at 12:00 noon.
