Judy was born in Greencastle on November 14, 1947, the daughter of Gilbert and Ruth (Harris) Pettit.
Mrs. Campbell enjoyed gambling and went to the casino often; she liked bingo and dancing. Most of all, Judy loved her family. She raised five children and helped with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of over 60 years, Jimmy Dale Campbell; three daughters, Teresa Bright, Lisa Doty, and Brenda Bright, (Timothy); two sons, Douglas Campbell and Bruce Campbell; eight grandchildren, Sara Miles, (Kurt), Nicholas Bright, (Sarah), Jesse Bright, Michelle Simpson, (Ronnie), Kimberly Rush, (Dylan), Mikayla Campbell, Dakota Campbell, (Delaney), and Sydney Campbell; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and four sisters, Betty, Margie, Barbara, and Carol.
At her request, cremation will take place at a later date.
