

Born on April 8, 1964, in Greencastle, Mark was a lifelong member of the community and a graduate of Greencastle High School. He was known for his warm personality, strong faith, and exceptional talent as a salesman. Mark had a natural ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships wherever he went.
A devoted Christian, Mark was a faithful member of First Assembly of God for more than 30 years. In his younger years, he served as a youth pastor, sharing his faith and encouraging countless young people through his ministry.
Above all, Mark treasured his family. He shared 33 loving years of marriage with his beloved wife, Tracy Miller, whom he loved deeply. He was a proud and devoted father to his daughters, Hannah Tesmer and Sarah Miller, and found great joy in watching his family grow. His love, guidance, and unwavering support will remain a lasting legacy for those who knew him.
Mark is survived by his wife of 33 years, Tracy Miller; his daughters, Hannah Tesmer and Sarah Miller; his son-in-law, Nate Tesmer; Sarah's Boyfriend, Caleb Robinson; his cherished grandchildren, Everleigh Miller and Blaze Tesmer; his mother, Delores Overpeck; his brothers, Brian Miller, and Mike Arnold, as well as, his stepbrothers , Terry Rowland, Jerry Rowland, and Garry Rowland.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Miller; his stepmother, Peggy Miller; stepdad Ed Overpeck and his grandparents Clyde Miller and Maddie Marie, Willis, and Marie O’Neal.
Mark will be remembered for his kind heart, steadfast faith, dedication to his family, and the genuine care he showed to everyone he met. He also had a remarkable sense of humor and a gift for making people laugh. Whether through a quick-witted remark, a playful story, or one of his many memorable jokes, Mark brought joy to those around him. His jokes were the kind you never forgot, and his laughter will continue to echo in the hearts of family and friends for years to come.

A celebration of Mark's life will be held at a later date. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a man whose faith, love, compassion, and joyful spirit touched so many lives.
