Family and friends were at the heart of Marlene’s life. She created lasting traditions by hosting holiday gatherings and actively supporting the biennial family reunions. As her family grew, she especially enjoyed attending the sporting events and activities of her children and grandchildren. Time spent with her family was among her greatest joys.
Her faith was also an important part of her life. Marlene was a member of Long Branch Church of Christ and, in later years, attended Greencastle Christian Church and Staunton Christian Church with family and friends.
