Marvin was born in Montgomery County, Indiana on April 28, 1934, the son of Charles and Evelyn (Timmons) Baldwin, and was a 1953 graduate of Bainbridge High School.
Mr. Baldwin was a member of Somerset Christian Church for over 50 years and was also a member of Hanna Street Baptist Church, and Sherwood Christian Church. He worked for 30 years at IBM until his retirement in 1987. He also loved Farming.
Survivors include three daughters, Peggy Lee Buechler, (David), Pamela Boruff, (David), and Vicki Noak, (Jeff); a brother, Don Baldwin; seven grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife of 55 years, Nancy Lee (Price) Baldwin; his second wife, Marian Lawson-Baldwin; and his brother, Richard Baldwin.
Graveside services will be held 12:30 p.m. Monday, April 20, 2026, at Brick Chapel Cemetery.
