Michael loved life and had a wonderful sense of
humor and never knew a stranger.
Anyone who knew him loved him, and was blessed to know him.
He struggled from the day he was born with health issues,
but never complained. Today he walks on streets of gold.
His passion in life was for his family and friends
to one day join him in Heaven
Michael was born on October 29, 1981 in Bloomington
to John David Fields and Deborah Harris.
He graduated from Edgewood High School, and had been
employed at Heartland Automotive through Comprehensive Services.
Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents,
Phillip and Marilyn Harris and great-grandparents.
Surviving are his mother, Debbie Arnold; father, David Fields and wife Marla; siblings, Christy Fields, Amber Fields, Natasha Townsend, Wesley Coffey and wife April, Justin Coffey and wife Patricia; grandparents, Donald and Patricia Fields; aunts and uncles, Leann and Robert Johnson who Michael had recently resided with, Rosemary O’Neal and husband Mark, Dan Harris, Jackie Wilson and husband Scott, Vickie Smith and husband Steve, Tammy Harris, Julie Harris, Jim Prow; nieces and nephews, Alexis, Logan, Wanblee, Cheyenne, Brayden, Addison, Evelyn, Charlotte, Jodi, William, Nataleigh, Jacelynn, Landon, Caroline, Karmen; and many cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 11 A.M. at Greencastle Church of the Nazarene, 1580 S. County Road 100 East, Greencastle, with Pastor Donnie Watson and Pastor Matt Bumgardner officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday November 17, 2015 from 5 to 8 P.M. at the Church of the Nazarene.
Memorials in Michael’s name may be directed to the attention of Dan Harris.
