Born April 9, 1933 in Belle Union, she was the daughter of Edward and Elma (Wallace) Schulz. She was a graduate of Belle Union High School.
Peggy retired from the Putnam County Hospital where she had worked as the business manager. She also worked with ReMax and Coldwell Baker selling real estate for several years.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands, Richard Rowland and Ralph M. Miller.
Peggy is survived by her sons, Jerry (Debbie) Rowland, Garry (Teressa) Rowland, Terry (Jackie) Rowland, Mark (Tracy) Miller and Bryan (Chanda) Miller; fifteen grandchildren; and several great & great-great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Peggy at a later date.
