Rose was born in Kokomo on December 26, 1935, the daughter of Willard M. and Julia Lynn (Harlan) White.
Rose pursued her Degree in Business at UCLA. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), and the Daughters of 1812.
Survivors include her sons, Brian Lotz, (wife-Lynn), and Kevin Lotz, (wife-Ginny); six grandchildren, Jason Lotz, (wife-Megan), Rachel Barrier, (husband-Seth), Erica Burnett, (husband-Dane), Tyler Lotz, Justin Burdette, and Joshua Burdette; and three great grandchildren, Harper Lotz, Norah Barrier, and Carter Lotz.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2019, at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m. in Cloverdale Cemetery with Pastor A. J. Cox officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Daughters of the American Revolution, 1776 D Street NW, Washington, D. C. 20006.
