She was born on October 3, 1949 in Greencastle to Fred E. Bunten and Lucille Jane Grimes Bunten.
Sandy was a 1967 graduate of Fillmore High School.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Surviving are her son, James Michael Cosner and fiancée Lisa King of Indianapolis; a grandson, Anthony James Cosner of Greencastle; three brothers, Ronnie Kent Bunten and wife Anita of Brownsburg, Steven Ray Bunten and wife Kelly of Fillmore, and Carey Lee Bunten and wife Donna of Roachdale; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Graveside Memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm Saturday, June 25th at the Bethel Church Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home.
Sandy was very dedicated to her family and will be greatly missed by all.
