Teresa "Tess" Puett

Born June 23, 1957 in Covington, KY, she was the daughter of Buford and Thelma (Bryant) Witt.

Tess was a shift manager at Final Approach Restaurant and Business Office, helping to plan and coordinate various events. She was a breast cancer survivor, active in Relay for Life and Breast Cancer Awareness. Tess also had a great love for animals.

She is survived by her sons, Michael (Leann) Curtis and Ryan Puett; brother, Joe Edward (Sherry) Witt, and sisters, Susie (Morris) Stringer and Becky (Mike) Snyder, three grandchildren, Caleb, Cameron, and Kyla Curtis, several nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Isaac Curtis.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory towards Breast Cancer Awareness.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home with interment to follow at the Clinton Falls Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am on Tuesday until time of service at the funeral home.
