Terry was born in Raleigh, North Carolina on August 5, 1962, the son of Sydney and Hilda Anne (Butler) Chadwick, and was a graduate of James E. Sperry High School in Rush-Henrietta, New York. He attended the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York.
He is survived by his brother Keith Chadwick.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Service will be held 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at the church.
