Daughter of Herschel and Lyma (Cooper) Jones, Virginia was born on December 31, 1933 in Reelsville.
She married Arthur Neese Jr on April 27, 1957 and began a family, having three boys and a girl. She is survived by her son Oscar (Rita) Neese; daughter Pam Neese Rose; sister Donna Savage; daughters-in-law Darla Wilson Neese and Debbie Neese; 11 grandchildren: 4 great grandchildren; step grand & great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Virginia was a stay home Mom. She loved Sunday diners with her children and grandchildren
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sons Steven Neese and Charles Neese; 5 sisters; a brother; and a granddaughter.
She loved wearing and selling Avon for several years. She was a lifelong member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary and loved to play bingo.
The family will have private services at the Fertig Cemetery in Poland, IN.
