Willard was born in Greencastle on April 24, 1951, the son of Willard Sr. and Evelyn (Newman) Kendall, and was a 1969 graduate of Greencastle High School.
Mr. Willard was a professional Florist most of his working career.
Survivors include his brother Howard Eugene Kendall, (wife-Brenda); two nieces, Erica and Heather Kendall; and his aunt, Blanche Newman of Parsons, Kansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Brenda Kay Hodges; and a brother, Stephen Kendall.
