

He was born October 13, 1936 in Hazard, Kentucky the son of Charlie and Emma (Gambill) Napier and attended school in Blocher, Indiana.
Woody retired in 1996 from Queens Group of Indiana, where he had worked as a dock superintendent. He later worked at the Heritage Lake Marina for 10 years until health issues forced him to retire in 2011.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lois Napier; four children, Danny Napier of Plainfield, Barbara (Ken) Grams of Peoria, AZ, Ruth Ann (Terry) Smith of Plainfield, and Debra Napier of Coatesville; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and the many friends at Heritage Lake.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Beecher and twin Alonzo; and three sisters, Myrtle, Pearlie, and Bessie.
A Celebration of Life service will be held for Woody by the family at a later date.
