I have thought of Dale so very often over this last year & all of his family as well. I still struggle with knowing I will never get to see or speak to him again in this life. The love he had for family & friends as well as his generous & giving nature were a huge part of why I thought so much of him and still do. So sorry to hear that Dale has passed prayers for the family 

I served with Dale in the Navy, aboard the USS Carl Vinson. He was a keystone member of it's navigation department, and a solid friend in every sense of the word. Visiting him briefly, 38 years later, I found him unchanged in character. The loss to his wife, family and friends is immense. May God grant us all the strength to weather his passing, and the capacity to treasure what memories we have of him.

We are so very, very sorry for the loss each and everyone of Dale's family has suffered. Dale was a truly good man, one that was thoughtful, caring, and hard working. He loved and adored his family, no doubt about that! When he spoke about Owen and Kayley, his eyes lit up and he was all smiles, he was a proud Grandpa for sure!
For a few years now, the day before Good Friday is usually the day I would email Dale at work to tell him to have a safe trip to the coast and to enjoy his time with family and friends, which it always seemed that he did. May his spirit & love follow each of you wherever you may be this Easter weekend and ALWAYS,  You are ALL in mine and Ron's thoughts & prayers.

Sorry for your loss Dale was one of the good guys ,I always liked to cut his hair , as he was so appreciated a good cut ,we  worked together at Pinecroft Baptist Church together as tellers and other things , he loved his family ,we will meet again in a better place . Bill Cockrell
